We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Back Office/Data Entry Clerk. As a vital part of our administrative support, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify and correct data entries, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in generating reports, charts, and summaries based on the entered data.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist other departments with data-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
