Job Description:
AZB Automotive is looking for Logistics Executive. The following criteria is required for the position:
• Ability to handle AIR, SEA & LAND freights & documentations.
• Good negotiation skill to coordinate with shipping line, forwarders & transporters.
• To process all kind of Import, export & Transfer of ownership declarations through Dubai Trade Portal
• Good knowledge about Dubai Trade portal & Dubai Customs related activities.
• To process Transit Out-Coastal documentation
• To process LGP Documents and vehicle gate passes.
• To handle Non-remittance Claims & duty deposit refund submission and other customs process.
• Good experience to operate ERP system software for inventory & other internal works.
• Coordinating with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and other internal departments for smooth daily activities.
• Keeping and maintain proper files related to Logistics Department.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good computer skills & multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
• Good Presentation skills.
Education:
• Bachelors/Masters or equivalent.
Languages:
English, Hindi, Malayalam & Tamil.
