our Client is leading African FMCG Multinational looking to expand in UAE market and hence, scouting for a Office Manager role for new office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities / Objectives
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Experience & Exposure
- In depth experience of 5+ years in office admin operations as an office manager, admin or executive assistant.
- Must be a graduate or diploma holder
- Proficient with excel skills
- Proficient with office software
