Job Description
- Provides clerical and administrative support. Responsibilities may include managing communication, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, handling office correspondence, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in office software are essential for this role, such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of import and export documentation. This may involve preparing and processing documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs forms.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs requirements is valuable in ensuring smooth import and export processes for the organization.
- English fluency
- With JAFZA experience preferred.
- Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
- Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
- Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
- Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
- Build the company’s reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.
Skills
- Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
- Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
- Portraying good command of modern communication and office software for relevant business operations.
- Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
- Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
