We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing a team of associates.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of floor associates to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
- Train and develop associates to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and promotions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail or customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
