- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle inquiries and direct them appropriately
