our Client is leading African FMCG Multinational looking to expand in UAE market and hence, scouting for a Office Manager role for new office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities / Objectives

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Experience & Exposure

  • In depth experience of 5+ years in office admin operations as an office manager, admin or executive assistant.
  • Must be a graduate or diploma holder
  • Proficient with excel skills
  • Proficient with office software
