We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and design specifications.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Interior Designer is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is an advantage.
