Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling mobile library visits with MEHE, schools and operations
  • Updating / managing library materials based on required theme.
  • Act as a first point of contact for patrons and schools’ management team visiting the mobile library.
  • Facilitate the access to the mobile library material in a safe manner.
  • Oversee the mobile library planned activities/visits and provide technical support as and once required.
  • Prepare progress reports and escalate observations/issues to SO in an effective manner.
  • Support any initiatives /tasks as assigned.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in the same field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English language.
