Requirements:

- Substantial background in the tour agency industry
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian & English languages
- Initiative: Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to a non-fixed schedule
